توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل خدمة WA Router مع البيانات عند استخدام رقم واتساب الأعمال لإرسال تذكيرات المهام إلى موظفي الشركات المشتركة في نظام إدارة العملاء (CRM)، وعند ضغط الموظف على أزرار التذكير.

البيانات التي نستقبلها

• رقم واتساب المرسل ومعرّف الرسالة ونوعها، كما ترسلها شركة Meta.
• محتوى الزر الذي ضغطه الموظف (تم الإنجاز، تأجيل، إضافة ملاحظة) أو نص الملاحظة التي يكتبها ردًا على طلب الملاحظة.

كيف نستخدمها

• لتحديد الشركة التي تتبعها المهمة وتمرير الرسالة إلى نظامها فقط، حيث تُسجَّل على المهمة.
• لا نستخدم البيانات للتسويق أو الإعلانات، ولا نبيعها أو نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث غير الشركة المعنية وشركة Meta بصفتها مزوّد خدمة واتساب.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

لا تحتفظ هذه الخدمة بمحتوى الرسائل. نحتفظ فقط بسجل توجيه (رقم المرسل، معرّف الرسالة، نوعها، والشركة التي وُجّهت إليها) لمدة 30 يومًا لأغراض المتابعة الفنية، ثم يُحذف تلقائيًا. أما ما يُسجَّل على المهمة فيخضع لسياسة الشركة صاحبة النظام.

الأمان

تُنقل جميع البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ويُتحقق من أن كل رسالة واردة موقّعة من Meta قبل معالجتها.

حذف البيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا، مع ذكر رقم الواتساب المعني، وسيتم الحذف خلال 30 يومًا. كما يمكنك إيقاف استقبال التذكيرات بطلب ذلك من إدارة شركتك.

This policy explains how WA Router handles data when our WhatsApp Business number sends task reminders to employees of the companies using our CRM, and when an employee taps a reminder's buttons.

Data we receive

• The sender's WhatsApp number and the message's id and type, as delivered by Meta.
• The button the employee tapped (done, postpone, add note), or the note they type when asked for one.

How we use it

• To find the company the task belongs to and pass the message to that company's system only, where it is recorded on the task.
• We do not use the data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone other than the company concerned and Meta, as the WhatsApp service provider.

Retention

This service does not keep message content. It keeps only a routing log (sender number, message id, type, and the company it went to) for 30 days for technical troubleshooting, after which it is deleted automatically. What is recorded on a task is governed by the policy of the company that owns that system.

Security

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and every incoming message is checked to be signed by Meta before it is processed.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us with the WhatsApp number concerned; it will be deleted within 30 days. You can also stop receiving reminders by asking your company's administration.
